Local Preparednes Program (LPC)

The LPC program was established in the mid 2000’s with the goal of developing emergency management capacity at the local level. In the decades since, New Mexico as grown a robust emergency management capacity in its local communities. The LPC program serves to continue to build and sustain emergency management capacity in New Mexico as well as supporting other community organizations and stakeholders that work to keep New Mexico prepared.
